Comprehensive 1:1 Coaching at a Private Gym

Body & Brain Fitness Training

Every session is built around your goals through one-on-one personal training near you to get you to the life and health you deserve.

This training is delivered in a private gym near me setting for focused, distraction-free results.

Personal Nutrition Coaching (Certified Nutritionist)

As a certified nutritionist, I provide one-on-one nutrition support that fits your dietary patterns, including cultural, family, financial and lifestyle parameters.

As your coach I provide:

~Accountability

~Food swaps, “add-ins”

~Food timing

~GLP-1 and metabolic support

~More options and less restrictions

Lifestyle Coaching

Lifestyle habits are often the “missing link” to success for clients training at a local fitness studio. Less than optimal sleep can sabotage your gains. Lifestyle evaluation includes:

~Sleep hygiene

~Enviromental factors that impact hormones

~Stress and management

~Relationship and community support

Health Coaching & Goal Strategy

As a certified Health Coach, I can help you uncover your “why” and we co-create a measurable plan to reach your goals. We create specific, measurable and achievable goals in any or all areas of fitness, diet, and lifestyle habits. In addition, I may:

~Provide guidance, motivation, and accountability

~Interact with your health care providers when appropriate

~Refer you to specialists

~Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards

Specialized Programs

GLP-1 Medication Support & Muscle Protection

I help clients optimize nutrition and strength training while taking GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, etc.) to minimize muscle and bone loss. I can interface with your medical team for a safe, effective approach.

Stress Management & Mindfulness Training

I provide private, semi-private, and virtual exercise classes near you in Tai Chi and Qigong. We practice various forms including Chen and Ba Fa Wu Bu. Practicing helps reduce stress, improves balance, focus, and creativity.

Brain Health Coaching (Amen Brain Health Certified)

I design brain-healthy strategies for your goals, including nutrition, nutraceuticals, lifestyle habits, balance exercises, and strength training. Ideal for aging clients and those with TBI, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s, dementia, or cancer survivorship.

Golf & Pickleball Performance Training

Sport-specific training at a local private gym is important for improved skill, injury prevention, strength and power. Get the competitive edge with our semi-private session's or private training.
