Post Workout Creatine/Protein Chia Pudding

This is one of my favorites using Puori Dark Chocolate Flavored Whey Protein.

1 Cup Chia Seeds
1 ½ Cup Lactose Free ½ and ½ or 1 ½ cup coconut milk (or coconut cream if you want it thicker)

Mix and let sit for 10-15 minutes

Add:

  • ⅓ cup protein powder of choice
  • 1 scoop of creatine
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

I have found that you have to let this set overnight to get a pudding texture. I also play with flavors and some powders need this to be mixed in a blender or with a hand mixer for the best texture.
